If it weren't for Dr. Palys and his superior knowledge, insight and care, my suicide attempts would have continued. We worked together for more than 20 years and I credit him for my emotional recovery from severe childhood trauma. I would not be alive were it not for Dr. Palys! When he decided to retire it was a tremendous loss for psychiatry.

A great human being who is the only decent psychiatrist I have seen in Montgomery County. He is funny, human, kind, and has a clear mine and incisive intellect.

Dr. Palys is a rare find. A psychiatrist with great interpersonal skills, who listens, answers questions, and provides a thirough discussion of the options including referrals to other physicians who provide services that he doesn't. Exceptional!!!

I have been going to this doctor for over 15 years. He is absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. Appointments are easy to make, staff is very helpful, and he is very knowledgable. I have moved 30 minutes away from where I used to live and still will happily drive to see him. He stopped taking my insurance and I will gladly pay the out of pocket expense instead of finding another doctor. The day I go to another doctor will be the day he retires. Because of his accurate diagnosis and proper treatment I now live a fuller and happier life.

Dr. Palys is the best Psychiatrist around. Saw him for 15 years and he was absolutely excellent, and had a very comforting personality. Sadly, I cannot go there any longer as he no longer takes Medicare. I will miss him. It's tough to change.
