Was two hours late with appointment and barely mentioned it. Very cold and condescending tone. She had entirely forgotten very important files that she needed. Got the diagnosis wrong and when me and partner both objected as it did not match, she didn't even bother to hear it. Stay clear unless you enjoy being degraded.
