Dr. Mercier is very helpful and knowledgeable. She spends the time it takes to answer your questions and doesn't rush you out the door. She makes you feel like a person not a number and her referrals to specialists have been great.

Very helpful for information and willing to listen to the patient.The patient does not get treated like a number,like some other doctors who are always looking at their watches.e.g.Your 10 min. is up now,on to the next patient.
