Dr. Henein and his staff were amazing as my son had a procedure done. He was compassionate and took the time to review the procedure. He made my husband and I very comfortable in his knowledge and confidence. He even provided a personal number to contact him if there were any concerns within the first 72 hours of the procedure. As a new mom I was overly worried and when I contacted him he responded right away and answered my questions immediately with reassurance. I would highly recommend him!

This Dr is great. It is hard to find a good doctor. Some like to just give pills, good Dr take there time with you explaining proper procedures to overall health. He is helping me greatly through a very difficult situation.

I have been a patient of Dr.Henein's for about 2 years now. I find his office very unorganized ( they scheduled me in 5 weeks EARLY for my first ultrasound, lost my Glucose test, ect ect.) I like him as a person, he is very kind. But as a doctor, he is just alright in my books. He is ALWAYS late...I can arrive 20 mins after my appointment, and I still have to wait. This can be very difficult with a 4 month old! I had one appointment when I was 6 months pregnant ( very big!!) and he walked in, and without looking at me, said "So, you have a fracture?" I just stared at him blankly, and he said " I must have the wrong chart." He always gets my name, my fiance's, and my son's name wrong. Needless to say, we switched doctors for my son. We now see Dr.Patriquin in Fenwick Tower!!

I have recently left Dr.Henein, not due to his lack of care, He will made a great doctor if not already that.He Cares and will listen and accept your ideas or explain why the idea will not work.I had to leave due to the one question/one problem per appointment. Kept getting sicker and as problems are related and never get resolved by one question one appiontment.I beleive this is the practise set forth by the owner of the Medical centre.Sorry I Had to leave

We really like Dr. Henein. We've been his patients since he started at this practise. He's thorough, kind, soft-hearted, smart, helpful, understanding and sincerely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, he works for a clinic owned and ran by Dr. Michael Power, who is not a good doctor and I believe he has been pushing the other doctors in the clinic to cut back on appointment times in order to make more money for his practise, thus Dr. Henein has no choice but to abide. I don't believe it is his decision to push people into only bringing one problem per appointment or only writing a few repeats at one time. I honestly believe that if he were on his own, he would have more flexibility to treat patients better. He has always been wonderful to us, including my young child, and we will not change doctors. I only hope that he is able to start his own practise where I am certain he would treat patients better than what is demanded of him under someone elses helm.

John is always late. Once I had an appointment for 9:00am, John arrived at 9:10am and did not meet with me till 9:20am. No wonder he is alway keeping his paitents waiting and rushes us and makes us chose on one alment per visit. Makes me come back almost montly for renewals of drugs that I have been on for years. He wants repets visits and makes it harder every month to see him. He is appears knowlegable, but takes to long with his meetings and restricks your time to one alment per visit. He has, since I started visiting him over two years ago, become to independant. No wonder our health care is so expensive and trime consuming!

When I first started seeing this doc, there wasn't a big wait;last time I waited almost two hours and he couldn't understand why I was upset at this.I don't like how he will only address one thing per visit.I should not have to choose between two things I have going on with me which is more important. I'm not the type to go the doctor for no reason, but he really made me feel like I had to pick cause he didn't have time for two things. I also don't like the way he trys to push things on you...tried to get me to have a PAP done and said he wouldn't refill my scrip unless I did, despite the fact I fit the new guidelines that are out stating it's every two years. I actually had to get mad since he wouldn't listen about this.Lastly he will only give a couple of months for my script that I've been taking forver and every other doc I've seen just gives the year.He misdiagnosed my strep throat and said I had herpes in my throat! Another doc I went to couldn't believe he missed something simple

Very courteous and knowledgable, and isn't afraid to refer to specialists when he doesn't know the answers himself. Provides execellent patient care.

There are no words to describe the type of Doctor, Dr. Henein is. He has got to be the most polite, knowledgeable, and experienced doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been to several doctors for a condition with my stomach, and not one of those doctors provided the type of help that Dr. Henein did. A friend of mine was his patient and recommended that I try him out. In our first encounter, after a thorough examination, Dr. Henein diagnosed my condition and immediately began counselling about treatment options. In no time did I ever feel pressured to participate in a treatment regime that I did not approve of. He is a wonderful person to deal with and I am so forever grateful to my friend for recommending him to me! Bottom line, best doctor to deal with, and a great listener to your concerns!

After seeing this doctor for the first time my impression was that of a very inexperienced doctor. He tried to give me two flu shots not realizing that he had just given me one. Appointments are typically 1h to 1.5h behind schedule. After coming in on my own for no reason other than to responsibly keep up on my general health, he proceeds to imply not taking care of yourself will make "him" upset. I could care less what he thinks, I wouldn't have come to see him unless I felt that "I" wanted to keep myself healthy. He did not appear knowledgeable on common illnesses and pressures patients to begin drug regimes regardless of the patient's concerns about risks; in fact this doctor will ask how your drug regime is going despite the fact that you informed him previously that you will NOT take the drug based on risks. Overall, this doctor is not punctual, displays poor knowledge on common illnesses, pushes drug use regardless of risk, and treats all patients as if they were infants
