I went to Radiology Medical Group for an MRI without contrast. The MRI tech chose to ignore my referral and inject me with a dangerous contrast solution. I went into anaphylactic shock. There was not physician present as required by law. I suffered substantial injuries. RMG altered my medical records to make it appear that contrast was ordered. It was not.
