My son was 4 yrs old, had chronic war and throat infections along with his adnoides, Dr Bains just retired so my youngest was stuck with this one. My son had been on antibiotics for several months, 2 surgeries for tubes and doing nothing, finally the day of surgey comes and he's got a bad fever, and knew my son was going to get rescheduled for 2 wks later so infection will be gone. My husband and I both knew that any fever isn't good to be out under, The Dr strongly insited that it must be done or she'll make him a 4 yr old, to wait 6. - 8 months. She got an attitude with both of us. The nurse gave my son fever reducer when we were out of the room, by request from Dr to perform a test before we leave. The Dr said of his fever goes down we can go ahead of surgey. Well 20 min later they said he's all good and off they went, now this is going on 4hrs in surgey and I knew somthing was wrong. Well there was, they collapsed both of his lungs, the fever made his body react to the procedures they did. St Robinson didn't say much. I seen something wasn't right with my boy because he's turning blue in front of me. Coughing up blood. Dr Ogundamu seen what was happening , I yelled for help and she SAVED HIS LIFE. She found lots of damage in his throat, & lungs. She's the angle, also Dr Bains ENT, retired. My other son has Dr Bains and went threw this surgey like a text book surgey. That's why I knew something was terribly wrong. My youngest has had medical issues because of this, and not even a sorry. Listen to ur gut & watch the signs. You only have one chance and no turning back. This ENT should not be practice anywhere

Is there a negative star? There should be as she could not have cared less about me. I think she and doctor Fillopone are in cahoots together. I had a horrific experience with Dr. Fillopone and asked to be referred to another doctor. I waited almost a year to see Dr. Robinson and she said she couldn’t help me. Didn’t examine me or comment on my surgery with Dr. Fillopone. What a waste of my time and 5 years later I am still trying to find a doctor to help me breathe. It is shameful that Sudburians have to travel to southern Ontario to receive quality care or to correct botched surgeries.

I'm not sure how she is rated #2 in Sudbury! The staff at this office is so unwelcoming, barely looks up at you, and is impossible to reach by phone. Messages take forever to be returned. My family dr sent an update on my daughter which required their attention and nothing was ever received. My latest appointment was rescheduled without notifying me. I got a call on friday to confirm my monday morning appointment... which I actually was to be Wednesday morning of the following week. The secretary simply said, oh well, the doctor is canceling that day anyways so your appointment is on monday. I made last minute arrangements to come in on the Monday only to have a message from the office the morning of my appointment indicating that it was canceled without any reason. The doctor is always late as well and the appointment itself lasts no more than 5 minutes. No real explanation as to what is happening unless you ask very specific questions. I do not recommend her to anyone!

We saw Dr. Robinson for my daughter’s tonsils and adenoids. The first appointment was rescheduled without proper notification. When we finally saw the doctor, we were in and out rapidly, with the surgery booked to remove both tonsils and adenoids. The day of the surgery, she entered the room without introducing herself (we had only seen her once months before). The follow-up appointment was rescheduled twice. When we went in for the follow-up, the secretary hadn’t arrived yet and then the doctor arrived later than the scheduled appointment time. We sat there for over an hour waiting.

Went to see dr Robinson due to cronic congestion and was given a nasal endoscopy/scope. I was not given any notice that this would be done in the consultation. She gave me no decongestant or numbing spray she just lubed up the end of the scope and went into my nasal cavity. It didnt really hurt bad it was just super sencitive and uncomfortable and was over in a matter of seconds. Once done she said its allergys and theres nothing she can do. Dont know why there was no spray to numb the nose but in ever video on youtube ive seen they use a spray. Not cool but way she gos i guess. Nothing against the doctor or anything but i feel they should be a bit better about stuff like that.

Drove 4 hrs to get a second opinion for my sudden lost of hearing in one ear. Was in her office for maybe 10 min. Just to be told I was deaf in one ear. Nothing she can do. Goodbye! She could of taken some time to read my MRI and Scan.
