Argued with patient very abrupt my way or the highway attitude. Very firm 1 issue per visit. There are some with medical conditions where one issue per visit does not work. Clearly money grab billing msi is most important. Should not be accepting more patients when she is clearly over booked

Not sure what has happened but the secretary has become quite cold and rude. You wait up to a week for an appointment call back. If you need to go in person you're looking at a month's wait. My recent phone appointment was over 3 hours late and called at 10pm. She used to be such a fantastic caring doctor but now she's never in office to see patients other then what 12hrs a week? Rushes you and will not listen to all your issues instead limits to 1 or 2 . Sometimes all your issues are related and could be the key to what is wrong. If there wasn't a doctor shortage I would find a new one. Very disappointed , she doesn't seem to care anymore.

VERY rude. We got shuffled to her when her husband left the practice. Will spend 15 minutes lecturig you about how she doesn't have time to discuss a second issue even if its related. Usually an hour late for appointments. After she made my wife cry because of her rudeness I left and found another Dr in a nearby town.

Rude, condescending "doctor" there is. Makes you book appts over and over again for small things when she could get it all done in one appt. Cuts you off, makes you feel like a piece of s***. Not helpful, if there wasn't a doctor shortage I would have left her long ago. I wish her husband would come back to his office. Maybe then people would get the treatment they deserve.

I can honestly say, this is the worst rudest doctor I have ever visited. She treats seniors with the highest disrespect. Just downright rude for no reason. Continues to take others before you even though you have a set appt. I can honestly say, if there wasn’t a doctor shortage, she would be my very last pick for a doctor.

This doctor couldn't be less helpful. She didn't care about any of my health concerns only interested in refilling my prescriptions and sending me on my way. After waiting over an hour for my appointment she agreed that I was sick and advised me to go to a walk in clinic while I was sitting right there in her office. When I tried to talk about my symptoms she told me to "have a nice day" and sent me on my way.

Was not helpful. Has no bedside manner for seniors with dementia. Very disappointed in her service delivery with respect to options to aid in the progression of dementia.
