This woman is a gift. Brilliant and kind and ahead of her time. Never met a doctor who listens like she does. My child would not be who she is today had Dr Edwards not helped her years ago. If you are lucky enough to meet her you know your child will be in good hands. I dread the day she retires or my kids age out of her pediatric practice. I've never met anyone like her and we've me A LOT of doctors during our child's medical journey.

Dr. Edwards is a truly fantastic pediatrician who appeared in my daughter's ER room years ago and literally saved her life. I would highly recommend her to any parent who is looking for an incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring doctor for their child. If you suspect your child has autism or PANDAS, get an appointment with her asap!

This woman is a saint. She saved my daughters life. Without her I don't know where our family would be today. We went from a severely impaired child to one who excels at school and sports and is top of her class. We can't thank this woman enough.

Dr Edwards is helping our son Tyson.. He's starting to talk again but still needs work cuz the fluent back-and-forth conversation is still missing but he can say words he can tell you what things are now he's starting to have facial expressions she's starting to be more self-aware that people were in the room with him he's starting to look at us again everything he lost is slowly coming back dr. Edwards is helping change the diet and add specific supplements to soup Tyson and it's working everything she suggested has been from my son's good and has helped him dramatically I am very grateful to having dr. Edwards for my son she explains everything to you in great detail she is very intelligent and she has background information with her own family and recovering and it's helping my son do the same she knows what it's like and she has a very tremendous heart for children you can tell she cares about her job and not just in it for a paycheck she works really hard to help everybody and she is very good at listening to the parents if you want to be heard show listen she's open to hearing you out which not most doctors do that a lot of doctors don't even bother to take the time to listen to you and to help one of the best doctors I met it's worth it going to see her with your children.... And it's exciting to now get to hear I love you from him I'm just see his smile and him be happy on good days is still really awesome we still have some bad days but she still helping him work to get better it takes time but at least we're seeing Improvement everyday
And his sister says it's easier to play with him now things are looking up thanks to dr. Whitney Edwards and we pray for your son to We believe that prayer plays a big part in it too... Praise Jesus for Sharon Dawson helping us find dr. Edwards..

Dr Edwards helped our son Isaiah who has Aspergers Autism. He went from rolling on the floor in a group setting because of too much stimulation to getting 6 awards of academic excellence in his first year at high school. Thankyou Dr Wendy❤️

Dr.Edwards helped us to begin a diagnosis on my son who has OCD/anxiety. We feared it was Pandas and knew she was likely one of only a few experts in ON who would understand his symptoms. For this reason we made the 6 hour drive from Toronto to Chatham. It was worth the trip, just for the peace of mind in knowing our son did not have PANDAS. We've since been treating his OCD with the supplement she recommended and his 'episodes' have lessoned. As he gets older however we are met with new challenges and have sought help for him in dealing with it all. Thank you Dr.Edwards for getting us started in the right direction. Before meeting you we felt confused and a little ostracized by friends, teachers, physicians and family members. Now we have some answers which go a long way in finding help and explaining certain behaviours which were previously not understood. I knew it was important to seek a professional to guide us as a first step and so glad we chose you! I only wish we could have become regular patients however I do understand there are other kids in more desperate need of your help.

Dr. Edwards is a wonderful doctor. Very competent, thorough and understanding. She took her time, and we didn't feel rushed at our first appointment. It was definitely worth the wait to see her. Highly recommended!
