I think the two negative reviews are inaccurate. I have had several dentists in my life and Dr. Tinnelli outshines them all. Several of my previous dentists were very egotistical and rude. They did not listen to me at all. Dr Tinelli and his staff are all pleasant and helpful. They are very competent, I have had complex procedures without any complications. My comfort was a top priority to them. I'm so happy to have them on my health team.

I have been to many dentist in watertown but none ever as nice or kind as him, staff including always answering any of my questions before I leave. I never felt the needle and he talked and asked how I was throughout the entire crown which I went back 2 more times and know bring my son and husband.

I found Dr. Tinelli's to one of the most relaxed and comfortable office i have been in along time.I like the one on one attention i recieved. I found them professional and felt they had my best interested at heart. I would recommed his office by far over the local clinics. Very good experience.

DR. TINELLI IS VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT. I WENT IN FOR FILLINGS ON 7/14/09. I WAS NERVOUS & HAVE BAD ANXIETY AND AM VERY CLAUSTOPHOBIC HE DID NOTHING TO EASE MY UNEASINESS. I TOLD HIM AS LONG AS U LET ME KNOW WHAT PROCEDURE U ARE DOING AND SO ON I WILL BE FINE WELL HE DIDN'T HE ACTED AS IF EXPLAINING ANYTHING TO ME WAS SIMPLY TOO MUCH TO HIM AND TALKED TO ME IN A MAD TONE THE WHOLE TIME. HIS NURSE HOWEVER WHO ASSISTED HIM WAS VERY NICE (I FORGET HER NAME BUT SHE WEARS GLASSES)SHE WAS ACTUALLY THE ONLY ONE WHO HELPED ME A BIT & TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON, THE DENTIST LEFT THE ROOM SEVERAL TIMES TO GO TALK ABOUT ME TO HIS OTHER DENTAL ASSISTANTS. IT DIDNT HELP THAT ONE OF HIS OTHER DENTAL ASSISTANTS WHO SMOKES AND SMELLS DISGUSTING WOULD ENTER & MAKE MEAN REMARKS ABOUT WHY I WAS SO UNEASY & TRY TO TELL HIM HOW TO DO THE PROCEDURE. HE CLAIMS TO HAVE NITROUS BUT I WAS NEVER OFFERED ANY.. THEY ARE VERY UNSYMPATHETIC DON'T GO THERE I NO LONGER WILL OR EVER TAKE MY CHILDREN.

VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE AS DENTIST WAS UPTIGHT AND UNPATIENT AND IRITABLE. HE COULD NOT ADMINISTER THE NUMBING TREATMENT WITH NEEDLE IN A TIMELY AND COMFORTABLE MANNER. I WAS OVERLOADED WITH NUMBING MEDICINE DID NOT FEEL WELL AT ALL AFTER. DURING PROCEDURE HE STABBED MY LIP WITH THE SUTURE NEEDLE AND NEVER TOLD ME. NURSE HELD GAUZE ON MY LIP FOR A LONG WHILE AND SAID OH DEAR AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT SAID IT WAS NOTHING AT ALL. YA RIGHT! I WAS TOO NUMB TO FEEL IT NOW I AM LEFT WITH A PERMANENT DEFECT ON MY LOWER LIP. WHEN MY HUSBAND PICKED ME UP HE ASKED WHY MY LIP WAS BLEEDING. I LOOKED AND FIGURED IT ALL OUT AND HOW BAD IT WAS. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE THEY DENIED IT EVER HAPPENED, WITH SO MANY OTHER GREAT DENTISTS IN THE AREA PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR ALL OF YOU FAMILY DENTAL NEEDS. P.S. I HAD ANOTHER TOOTH PULLED AT WATERTOWN DENTAL A BIT LATER AND IT WENT GREAT WITH NO PAIN,STRESS OR SCARS!
