How many people have to complain before you address these nurses?
Dr.Bailey is the best. I love him ... He is not only the best MS dr but a rock when I am discouraged. His nurses on the other hand deserve a negative star rating. Karina & Marlin are horrible. They never want to help, they never return phone calls, they never let you finish a sentence, it is horrible that they are allowed to treat people that way. If you call RMC to file a complaint they don't care either. These nurses are completley out of control. Allowed to treat patients worthless. I was double charged 100$ by Rmc to get fmla paperwork filled out so I am currently fighting the 200$ charge. The paperwork literally wasn't even filled out by Marlin like he said it would be. Then when I took the paperwork back - Marlin (the nurse) kept telling me talk to billing - talk to billing - talk to billing - which had nothing to do with my papers not being filled out; but he had no clue what I was trying to say because once again I couldn't get a sentence out. Finally he came close enough so I could show him all of the blank areas on the paperwork. He DIDNT complete and he kept saying didn't we go over them - didn't we go over them - It's not my job to go over them. They are supposed to be filled out by YOU... Remember ...? That's why I have to pay 25$ a page. He finally says leave them here and we will call you when they are done.. (((Sure you will))) They DO NOT return phone calls AT ALL... Everytime I need to talk to someone I have to drive down there and wait. The only reason I put up with their abusive behavior is because dr Bailey is so awesome. I am glad he is leaving RMC maybe he will be somewhere nurses and the organization actually care about people and at the least treat them with respect and are made TO DO THEIR JOB....

This doctor has a big patient load because he is the BEST at what he does. I don't mind the extra wait times..definitely worth the wait. Awesome doctor!!

I am very frustrated with the scheduling for Dr. Bailey. He has far too heavy of a patient load. I am an existing patient and cannot get an appointment until 6 months from now! Ridiculous! I am also supposed to receive Botox for my chronic migraine every 3 months, but with their scheduling I am lucky to get treatment twice a year. His patients deserve better. This is just shameful. Time to move on!

I have seen Dr. Bailey for 28 years. The first neurologist I saw was his co worker and you can keep him. I am not Dr friendly he is the only Dr. I see annually for my epilepsy. He is professional but human too so he can be straight forward at times. I have recommended him in the past and will continue to do so.

I starting seeing Dr. Bailey in 2007. I came from Kaiser Fontana and, honestly, Dr. Bailey was a breath of fresh air. He listened to me (Kaiser never did), prescribed the meds I wanted (Kaiser would not as one is not currently approved for MS but he said it might help and would cause me no harm so was Ok with it). He continued to encourage me to additionally take copaxone, which I now have started. His is very knowledgeble in this field and I feel confident I am getting the best treatment available. Admidedly tho, he is sometimes curt and pompas. I remember he former nurse that he fired. She was very sweet but you could tell there was friction between them...she several times lost my information and forgot what he asked her to do. Maybe it was time for her to go. I would definately recommend Dr. Bailey, and I have to my friends. He knows what he is talking about with MS and I would rather have that than someone who did not and was sweet! :}

he fired one of his best workers "Vetta" while I was there using the F-word while doing. He has been rude an unhelpful ever since he has moved his office to it's new location. I use to love him and thought that he was great. Whatever happened to him has changed the way he is a doctor and as a person.
