Dr.Harper was not a very inquisitive doctor. He had no idea when I was due. Thank God everything went ok with my pregnancy. When I had my baby he sat down on a chair across the room and was not helpful. Maybe he has been doing this for a long time and is a little insensitive but he does not give you any info about your pregnancy. He is very nice though!

I don't know where my previous review went, I guess the things I mentioned were a bit too harsh last time. STAY AWAY from this doctor. The wait time is ridiculous - upwards of an hour, in a teeny exam room while a million months preggo, no thanks! He doesn't review your chart before he sees you. It felt like I was seeing him for the first time each visit. He has a horrible bed-side manner. My child was in NICU for the first 5 days of her life (a story that I can't share on this site since it could be deemed libelous). Dr. H stopped by my hospital room and had no idea my daughter was in the NICU - - read the chart before you come into my room!! How insensitive to come in and say, "Where's your baby?"?! What if she had died after delivery? I expect more from my doctor...I was horrified. I have so many examples, but I can't share them. PLEASE stay away.

Dr. Harper is a welcome change from other OB's I've had during my pregnancy. He is very knowledgeable and takes all the time you need to answer your questions fully. He has a great bedside manner and is always friendly and in a good mood. The only complaint I have is the long wait. It is a small office (the waiting room can hold maybe 15 people. Because he takes a lot of time with each patient it means you will, in all likelihood, not be seen by your appointment time. I've had to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. BUT, he's such a good doctor that I'm willing to overlook that inconvenience (at least until the baby is born).
