Dr. Hill did not seem to care that I was in agonizing pain after surgery. My husband even called her beging her to prescribe something, anything. I was treated as if I were a drug addict looking to get high. She actually made several comments insinuating this. No compassion. Pain was worse than childbirth for two solid weeks. I was told that this just happens sometimes and I just had to deal with it. She seems to be knowledgable about medical things but has no bedside manner and does not seem to care about you as a human being. Months later the condition has returned and I'm choosing to deal with it rather than go through something that horrific again. Her staff is friendly and seem to care more than she does. She did return phone calls but it seemed to be just a token gesture.

Very knowledgeable of abdominal surgery.

The doctor was very rude and dismissive to me after a telephone conversation between her receptionist and myself. The doctor called me soon afterwards (three days before Christmas) and was so nasty and malicious to me, that while providing me with the results of my biopsy, she stated that she didn't have any idea as to why or where the formation in my breat resulted (keep in mind she is a general surgeon who has undoubtedly seen other patients in my predicament) and stated that life is too short and hung up the phone!!!??? This doctor had originally adamantly recommended surgery prior to conducting the biopsy and never (while providing me with the biopsy results) made a follow-up recommendation regarding what I should do now that the biopsy revealed more specifics. I felt as if I was nothing more than a number and possible statistic to her...not worthy of her time and/or medical expertise.
