Always feel unimportant to them. Carla doesn't listen and front staff acts like it kills them to have to talk to you.

I do not understand why he wanted to send my family member back to a local Nursing Home instead of a Hospice Center when she was released from the hospital for "Comfort Care" and hospice... We admitted her to the Hospice Center where she received superb treatement that she deserved until her passing 5 days later.

He is a superb doctor. He epitoimizes all that is good about a doctor - humility, caring, knowledgeable and patient to the core. He takes whatever time is needed to diagnose and treat the patient. The very best doctor I have had the good fortune to be seen.

We did a lot of research before going to this doctor for my husband, I have seen amazing improvement in his health. I think he is the best doctor in the 50 mile radius, very knowledgeable. You have to wait every time you visit his office but i would not mind waiting, after all he is the best in the county.

My father has been his patient for many years. It does take a while to see him( wait time is long) but he is great. Will refer you to another doctor if he can't resolve the problem) Very patient oriented and caring, very knowledgeable

Dr Rao has been prescribing Hydracodone (a very potent narcotic) for my father-in-law for many years because "he wants them." Since he is a "binge addict" Mental Health has advised him not to continue to take Hydracodone...Dr. Rao writes him a prescription every time he asks. I think he needs to be reported to the Medical Board. Working on that now...
