He was a pretty good doctor, but I can no longer go there. They billed someone else under my name and sent me to collections. I cleared up the misunderstanding with collections, but West's office would no longer take me as a patient. They "don't take patients back that they've sent to collections" even after collections told them that it was a billing mistake on the doctor's part. Very frustrated with the lack of understanding for a mistake that THEY made.

i have been seen several times by dr. west and it seems every time i have been in for an appointment i have had to wait from anywhere to 45 mins to an hour or more to bee seen and he only spent a few minutes with be, his staff is nice, but i have had to wait on several occasions up to 2-3 days (not over a weekend) for his cma to return my calls that i felt were important, or to get my meds refilled in time before i ran out.(which i did before they were called in.)

We recently changed to Dr. West and his staff for our primary family doctor. He (and his staff) have been very helpful and courteous in all of our visits. We have a family of seven and it is nice to have one doctor that knows our family (and history) and is knowledgeable and helpful when assistance is needed. Dr. West takes takes the time to discuss all your concerns and takes the time to anwser all you questions. I would highly recommend Dr. West and his staff if you are in Pocatello looking for a good Family/G.P. doctor.

Dr. West was amazing! When I my daughter he was there within 15 minutes to deliver her even though it was thanksgiving morning! I have had a lot of health problem since my pregnancy and he has been there to answer all of my questions even when I freaked out in the middle of the night being a new mother and called his emergency line. His staff is also amazing, they know my daughter and I both on a first name basis and are always compationate and helpful to me. I recommened highly Dr. West and his staff to anyone!

Absolutely love Dr. West. Occasionally he runs behind and you have a little bit of a wait, but not usually a problem. He is on the ball and listens to all of your questions and concerns. I always leave his office feeling confident about the care my family has received. I hate big, busy practices. His is small and very well organized. His office staff is helpful and courteous. He always does thorough exams on my daughter. I recommend him to everyone!
