Very nice doctor; personable and kind. However, the doctor, PA's, staff etc do NOT follow through on what they say they will do. My granddaughter was scheduled to see specialist in Salt Lake 3 months out. She was getting worse and her mom felt it couldn't wait. She spoke directly with one of the PA's who promised he would contact them to get her in sooner. Never heard back. She then spoke directly with Dr. Baker, who promised the same thing. Never heard back. Their office is too busy for any one of them to be concerned about their patients. The women at the front desk have repeatedly done the same thing to me. When I first started going to this office (many years ago) I was very impressed. But over time the lack of concern for following through has trickled down throughout the entriety of the staff. After all, if the doctor isn't overly concerned about being reliable, why would the rest of the staff be? SO very disappointed in these people. So disappointed in Dr. Baker. I guess when you've been practicing for as many years as he has you lose a certain amount of compassion for the pain people go through. At least I feel like this doctor has, along with everyone else there. I am now looking for a new doctor in hopes that there are still doctors out there who care more about the welfare of their patients and less about the bottom line.

I LOVE Dr Baker and his PA's. They have treated my daughter since day one of her life over 5 years ago. I love that someone is always available, even after hours. As a first time mom, this is very much appreciated!

Thinks there is a prescription drug cure for everything. Overprescribes, prescribes too strong of painkillers and dosages, doesn't know the intereactions between drugs he prescribes--at least that's what the pharmacist told me--passes his PA's off as though they are doctors. I know another patient refers to him as the Candy Man when it comes to scoring painkillers.
