So the dr herself is great so great I’ve been gong to her for about. 8 years until today. Just left the office because of her rude and obnoxious front desk woman. I come in for my appointment tell her I need to change my insurance info and she gives me forms to fill out and tells me I have a 37 dollar balance which and I can’t be seen until it’s paid. Now I’ve heard this before two times ago and when I arrived and it was paid so I explain it was paid and she says she’ll check. Fill out my paperwork head back up and she insists I haven’t paid it. So I explain to her nicely I’ve been seen twice so that’s obviously a mistake and she in turns gets nasty about repeating I’m not going to argue with her and I’m in agreement I don’t want to argue since I’m now there for skin cancer not my normal psoriasis appointment. So I try and explain I’m going to pull up my cc statement and show her it’s been paid before I can finish a sentence she rudely cuts me off and says I’m not arguing with you pay it or don’t be seen once again I try and explain I’m gonna show her and pull up my cc statement and show her it’s been paid and once again she cuts me off and says pay it I’m not arguing with you or don’t be seen. So instead of being embarrassed in front of a waiting room full of people which she’s already done I leave. Now the dr who I’m sure she has no idea what’s going on has let an 8 year patient who will never go back and has skin cancer walk out the door over a 37 dollar balance that’s already been paid. Now as I wait to get into a new dermatologist hopefully it’s not to late to take care of my skin cancer. Stay away from this place at all costs especially if you have something life threading because 37 dollars which was already paid a year ago almost is to big of an issue for this office

Elyse Harrop MD Dermatologist-completely bored and uninterested in what she's doing--and she shows it.Hand on the examining room door knob to leave as soon as she enters the room. She should really find a consulting job for a Dermatological Pharmacutical Co and stop seeing patients.
