I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment, only to have the doctor spend a grand total of 3 minutes with me, and ignore the whole reason for my coming to see him as he couldn't even be bothered to glance at my chart.

Very happy with DR Rank and his medical assistants. He helped me quit smoking and helped me control my blood pressure and blood sugar. He takes the time to discuss my daily blood sugars. He calls me after hours to discuss my labs or his very smart medical asstistsnt. Amanda, calls me and always answers my questions. His nurse practitioner, Tawnya Peter,s, is wonderful too. I also enjoy seeing Tawnya when Dr. Rank is booked up. Both Dr. Rank and Tawnya are very popular but they have seen me for same day appointments when I needed them. I really appreciate that because otherwise I would have to go to urgent care where they don't know me.

Well he is a good doctor for old ladies and old men who just want someone to listen to them talk for an hour. He has too many old patients who waste his and the time of other patients waiting on him, I'm happy he has a good bedside manner but he needs to be a bit more professional when it comes to Health. He needs to cut off the old lonely people and get his production line of REAL patients who NEED REAL help in and out of the office with prompt and thorough examination, he clearly takes too much time on people who are just lonely and at times not enough on those of us who need REAL health care and blood work. So Yes, he is a nice man, but he needs to step it up on being more professional and less of a friend to some so that they realize he is a DOCTOR not a THERAPIST! Oh and Sam isn't his nurse anymore which seems to have left a huge slack in how things are run in that office, she was on top of things and she was a great nurse, now the office seem short handed or with a bunch of young twits who don't know what they are doing!

Dr. Rank is the best family doctor I have ever been to. He is kind, thoughtful, caring and gives you all the time you need, doesn't rush through the visit. He was a nurse before he became a physician which gives him an added perspective. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend his to anyone. I would not recommend seeing anyone in his office except him personally.
