Absolute bottom of the barrel. Could care less about you or anyone other than himself. I've seen people who appeared impoverished force to pay before being seen then come out having been told her would not accept them as a patients. I understand not accepting everyone who walks in but take what money they have, not help them and now they have no money to go elsewhere! This guy is pond scum. A JERK!

I was very pleased with Dr. Zhou and his staff. They were very helpful in getting me in when I needed to get in. Though others seemed to have difficulty with Dr. Zohu's personality, I find him to be friendly and competent. His nurses and P.A. were so nice. Most importantly, his shots worked and were able to buy me some more pain free time and to hold off a major surgery. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Card for payment wouldn't go through, found out staff didn't enter it in correctly. When I pointed this out, they saw and processed other patients before me and made me wait an hour just to get a piece of paper. The reason I stood was because sitting down is more painful. I was in tears the whole time and they still didn't care. They allowed other patients to make partial payments, but I either had to pay my deductible up front, or not get seen. A very rude, uncaring, and unprofessional staff.

My wife was having headaches which would come on suddenly and so severely that she was hospitalized twice. Very scary situation. After seeing two different neuro docs at the hospital and a few months of follow up with really no improvement we decided to give Dr. Zhou a try. Dr. Zhou gave her what he called an 'occipital nerve block,' which is a shot given in the back of your neck at the base of your skull, and my wife's headaches went away. After a few weeks the headaches returned and he gave her another shot. She has been headache free for a few years now. I think Dr. Zhou gave me my wife back, and I can't thank him enough. I can't imagine what my life would be like if we had continued to see those other neurologists who were just pushing xanax on her. Some of these comments complain about his bed-side manner or that his staff members were brisk with them. Who cares? I suppose you can search for a doctor who invites you to Christmas dinner if that is what is important to you, but I'll take the Harvard trained, triple-board certified by the American Board of Neurology/Psychiatry, American Board of Pain Medicine and American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians everytime.

The front office staff was absolutely incompetent. They were unable to perform simple office duties. The doctor did not spend much time or review any informaiton with me. He was very quick to hurry and leave. It seemed to me more of a place where people go just to get pills. They have everyone sign a piece of paper regarding some certain drug that you can't get it anywhere else (even if your not receiving the drug!) I went there to see if I could find out what was wrong...not to just get a script. I would not personally recommend this doctor to anyone I knew

He may be Harvard educated, but he has a terrible bed-side manner and you will NEVER get to spend time with him, unless you request/demand it, and when you DO get that time, he will be in a hurry and won't spend more than 5 minutes with you. His PA's were jokes, and they all eventually left him. He just wants to do steroid injections. I quit going to him. His PA's kept prescribing more and more opioids to me until I became an addict and had to go to rehab. I was told by the rehab doctors that more and more opiates will cause you more pain. Dr. Zhou IS running a pill mill, even if he disagrees. I went to him for 7 years and he STILL never knew me by my face and certainly not my name either. Worst doctor ever! He just wants to make that almighty dollar. Find someone else! His office in LC is a JOKE! Harvard educated? SO WHAT!!!! Helpful? NO! Caring? NO Can you understand him, his accent? NO!!! You'll regret going to him, find someone else who really wants to help with pain.
