I’m speaking on behalf of myself and my family, and all others that have written reviews in the page listed below. This doctor Miss/Mrs.Aloysius has to be the most wretched doctor my family, myself as well as many others have ever encountered. My mother is hard of hearing and on many occasions She has disrespected her to levels that are beyond dehumanizing. She has treated both my mother and her friend as if they are senseless and cannot speak, this woman should NOT be a family physician she is extremely neglectful. On a different visit with my dad after seeing her 4 days prior to this time to get a test/form she was suppose to give him the last time we were there, (the 4 days prior to this day)she questions my Dad about memory loss over a form that was never given to him. I was there with him both times he’d went to see her no forms were given he works daily as a plumber and has had no issues in the past or present of memory loss. I found it extremely disgusting and disrespectful to be asked such a question, considering she’s the one who doesn’t remember. Today I visited with my younger sister about a school issue requiring a reduced course load from 5 classes to 4, after providing her with reasoning she continued to say to her “I don’t really know you” she doesn’t care to look into anyones Medical documentation who is a previous patient of Dr. Nazlin McAllister due to the fact that she cannot read the writing to me that reason isn’t valid enough, that would be the conclusion as to why she doesn’t know anything about anyone and just avoids reading over 10 years of medical history, to me if a physician has taken over for another isn’t it required for them to read all reoccurring patients medical history? Or to have it updated to that computer of hers? Aside from my reviews, I really do hope someone reads this and does something about it, Someone with such little patience, poor people skills and failure to observe others should not be a family doctor in any state or province anywhere. Please if anyone else has had a bad experience report it to feedback@cpso.on.ca .

She is a terrible doctor. Very rude, and unprofessional. At her clinic, the patient doors were left open, so I could hear everyones business and they could hear mine. I cannot emphasize how rude she is. I was shocked at how terrible of a medical experience this was with her.

I advise everyone who has issues with this doctor to call the college of physicians, as nothing can be done unless they know about it. I had to call
the college because of her ignorance and absolute refusal to treat me as a patient. Apparently Dr. McAllister should have used a computer and this "doctor" doesn't have time to go through my charts as she's busy. When I asked for her to look she refused and told me to come back and make another appointment, and sat at her computer the whole duration of my visit. I have severe PTSD and left untreated is not a good thing, in fact I have been suffering because of her negligence. On top of that, I could hear her yelling at a patient in the next room, and I also heard all of the medical information that she SCREAMED at her. Vile doctor, College needs to step up and revoke her license. http://www.cpso.on.ca

The incompetence of this Dr. makes me seriously question the medical education system. Go somewhere else, see anyone else. This woman is dangerous and should be immediately reviewed by the medical board.

After waiting 2.5 hours despite having an appointment, I was brought to the room where she was sitting typing at her computer. She didn’t look up or acknowledge my presence at all until I said something, to which she said she was finishing up with another patients notes, then had to go to the other room, then would take care of me.

After waiting another 20 minutes, she came back to the room, sat at the computer with her back to me and asked who I was - despite having seen me on 3 other occasions in the last month. She seemed very frazzled, asked the same questions over and over despite the fact that she was typing the answers into the computer.

I asked about a continuation of treatment that I had been getting from Dr. McAllister, to which she told me some of my paper work was probably lost in the move, and she couldn’t read the other doctors writing, so I would have to forgo what I was doing, and then attempted to prescribe me highly addictive drugs without getting a proper backstory. On top of this, I needed a note from her, which she said she needed a week to deliver charged $40 for, had multiple misspellings and improper grammar throughout.

Most appallingly, SHE SHARED MEDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PATIENTS for about 15 minutes. Without telling me the name, but in such detail that had I seen the woman in the waiting room I would’ve been able to recognize her instantly and known many private details about her ailments and the troubles she is having in life.

I wouldn’t trust a single diagnosis this woman gives. She has lost so many of Dr. McAllister’s patients and is quickly gaining a reputation for incompetence which is dangerous considering she is someone that people entrust their health, family, and long-term well-being to.

There are a few other medical clinics in the area - you would be wise to pick either one of them, or simply check your symptoms on webmd, the results are likely more trustworthy and you wont spend your entire day sitting in a room surrounded by sick people, waiting to get called in.

I was a long-time patient of Dr. Aloysius for about 10+ years. On many occasions I felt belittled and talked down too, my children complained that she hurt them when doing examinations. Her bedside manner and people skills are seriously lacking. I do not recommend this doctor for anyone.

After having the same doctor for 36 years I was nervous to start over with someone new. I was having a serious health issue and Dr. Aloysious was quick to determine and start treating it. It could have turned out very bad for me but, thankfully; she was knowledgeable and I was spared some serious consequences. I recommend her as a family doctor.

Dr. Aloysius is the WORST doctor I ever met in my whole life. She is very rude, unprofessional, she doesn’t know the descriptions of her profession. I’m pulling out my records from her and go to to a “real” doctor.
