I have been to office for a possible problem with my heart after 4 visits and copayments it was determined there was nothing wrong. When I needed clearance for a kidney stones they where very uncooperative and rude. I had my urologist attempt to settle the clearance with them and even he was unable. The level of pain I was in high and it was cruel and inhuman in the way they dealt with me. In the end the girl in the office hung up on me and I could not speak to an office manager. If you need a practice with a heart, this is not the practice to use.
