the lady at the office she says she is a manager is the most rude person i have ever talked to.She didn't care at all about us but the money,was rude unhelpful and a liar she said she sent an invoice when she never did then tried to collect more money from us trying to charge us for"late fee" That doctor only saw my son for his newborn check up at the hospital for 4 days!And my son is a perfectly healthy boy so not necessary extra procedures were need it,so he came into my room checked on him and kept saying he was a cute baby boy so for that going on for 4 days charged us 530.00 dollars and then because he wasn't our regular doctor and I have not idea why the hospital sent him to check on my son they sent the bill to my house and I was very willing to work out things with the Insurance Company and the Office but this mean woman kept repeating that we had to pay the bill!She even wanted me to sent her the money and told me to work out things with my Insurance on my own.Never go there!!
