having gone to see this Dr. a grand total of 9 times since first arriving in winnipeg 2 years ago, then recently transfering to a new Dr in town, trying to get my medical files from this place has been nothing short of a nightmare, i have been told everything from i need to mail them a money order, to they cannot copy the files, to being told that going to see this guy 9 times in 2 years was going to see him to much....it appears the staff need's to pull their heads out of their behinds.....i mean the very fact that they speak loud enough everyone can hear them talking about different patient's and their "confidental" information is about as welcome as a witch doctor for a dentist..

I would highly recommend Dr Emory. I suspect even women who hesitate to see a male doctor might find him more than acceptable.

Staff was kind of friendly. Dr. Emery was very much on time and he took the time to get to know my husband and actually cared about him and his health. He was very knowledgeable and knew a lot and he is not just another pill pusher like some of the Dr.'s out there. He really has given my husband a new out look on life.

As soon as Dr. Emery walked into the room and shook my hand, I knew I had found my new doctor. He took the time to get to know me by going through a comprehensive set of questions. He is very genuine and right away, I felt like he cared about me and not just his paycheque. very rare these days. When I read all of the comments on this site about Dr. Emery, I wasn't surprised one bit. he is exactly how people describe him, nothing but a great doctor who actually takes the time to listen to his patients and makes them feel comfortable. I hope he's around for a long long time because it would be extremely hard, if not near impossible, to replace him. Keep up the good work Dr. Emery.

I don't think Dr. Emery will ever understand how much he has improved my quality of life. He really took the time to understand my illness and after 6 years I have an accurate diagnosis, a treatment plan and a regular life. I am so grateful for the time he has given me. I recommed him!

Dr. Emery took over Dr. Padua's practice the spring of 2008. I highly recommend Dr. Emery. I have never, EVER had a doctor treat me with more respect and compassion. I wasn't sure what to expect during my first appointment however when he came into the room he put my chart down on the desk, introduced himself, sat down, pulled his chair around so that he was facing me and we proceeded to have a conversation. He took the time to get to know a little bit about me and my issues and then responded accordingly. I had his FULL attention and this has been the case in every subsquent visit. He seems to good to be true but he is! He is thorough and he cares. THANK YOU DR. EMERY!

My children were ill and called this home service to eliminate taking them outdoors. He was VERY punctual, thought I'd have to wait at least a couple of hours, and he showed up within the hour of calling. He was very friendly and took the time to check my child and also supplied medicine until the next day when he folloed up with the lab results. A very genuine man.
