I waited 20 minutes for my appointment. The appointment itself only would have taken about ten minutes but took twice as long because in the middle of my appointment time he decided to answer two non-emergency calls from other doctors about other patients- while he did so looking at those patient's files when I could still see the computer screen and I could hear both sides of the call and was very uncomfortable because I felt this was a huge violation of privacy for those patients. I felt this was extraordinarily rude - my time is valuable too. He is friendly overall but just clueless about how rude he is I think.
