Horrible, horrible experience. Never communicated with me at my appointments about how my child was doing when I was pregnant. She did not tell me to be prepared for a possible c-section because he was in transverse position. I felt some slight pain as she starting to make my incision and told me I wasn’t really in pain. I do not recommend her to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dunmore for over 20 years and she has always been warm and caring. She is an excellent OBGYN.

If it were about Dr. Dunmore alone, this rating would be 5 stars. I find her to be very personable, patient, and concise when explaining terms and solutions. I would love to remain her patient and she is the reason i have stayed this long. However her staff is where the problem lies, unfortunately. I find them to be unorganized in almost everything that is done, ranging from:
- returning messages (a message that I am forced to leave after calling ALL DAY for MULTIPLE DAYS trying to make an appointment)
- communicating with the doctor (perhaps i always need her while she is delivering but i had a relatively time sensitive issue when i started a new routine and it went unanswered after two follow up phone calls. so i tried to make an emergency appointment to talk to her myself and had an absolutely ridiculous time. It took THREE weeks total)
- making appointments in general (like call now if you need an appointment in january)
- prescription refils (they have left faxes from my pharmacy unanswered to the point where i missed to many days of birth control i had to wait until the next month to start again)
- wait time (which isn't always their fault because Dr. Dunmore is quite busy) but they don't do the best with communicating delays when they occur or rescheduling when these delays do happen)

Everything is just a complete hassle until you see Dr. Dunmore and then it is a complete 180. If you have the patience of a saint and a completely open schedule, that office is for you.

Today was my first and last appointment with Dr. Dunmore. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all and very "non-chalant". My appointment was at 12:40, i was told to arrive at 12:20 to fill out new patient forms. I was not sent to the back until 12:57 and was not actually seen by Dr. Dunmore until 2:00 (almost an hour and a half after my appointment time). When she finally arrived I felt rushed and I told her this was my first pap and that I was a virgin but I felt that she was a little rough (not with the tool but with her hands). My pelvic area felt, and still feels, a little uncomfortable (4 hours later). I will definitely not be returning to this doctor.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Dunmore and her staff. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Dumore did not rush during the my visit and took time to explain things to me. I have had to wait more than 30hr on occasion but I didn't mind because she took time with me and has excellent bedside manners.

I have been coming to Dr. Dunmore for 3 years now. She has great bedside manner and answers all questions that I've had. The big issue that I have is the wait time at this office. Every time I come it never fails, I am waiting over an hour and sometimes longer before I am physically seen by Dr. Dunmore. It's a shame cause I even try to come earlier and I'm still waiting. I don't know what the issue is. It could be too many booked appointments close together. I don't know what it is cause we only meet for 5-10 minutes. I'm just really tired of waiting every time. I try to fit these appointments between work and it never seems to work out. I am going to look for another Dr cause its a bit ridiculous. I'm very unhappy with this decision because I searched for a good Dr and thought I would remain here.

I have been seeing Dr. Dunmore for 8yrs now and she is a wonderful doctor, I have nothing but positive feed back. Her office staff is also amazing too they are always friendly and they are willing to work with you. The test results come back in a timely manner and wait time is okay.

Dr. Dunmore is an excellent physician. She has been my GYN for approximately six years. While I trust her diagnosis and think her bedside manner is great, I have recently decided to find a new GYN. In truth, I have been considering making a change for a few years, but have been reluctant because I didn't want to start the search for a new physician. The two primary reasons for my decision to find a new doctor are: (1) the office staff and (2) the wait time. In my experience, her staff does not follow through on actions such as calling prescriptions into the pharmacy after they have said they would and returning phone calls when they say they will. In addition, I repeatedly have to wait at least 30-45 minutes after my appointment time before I am seen by Dr. Dunmore. After six years of this type of customer "service," it is time for a change. Time to find a physician and office staff that respect my patronage, time and health.

I have been going to dr. Dunmore since 22 or 23. Since she performed a c section i have had difficukty getting pregnant. I went to see her one year ago and she offered no recommendations abd told me that it was "stress." One year later (last week) i went back to see her and still not pregant. She again tells me its stress and tells me to wait until 35 to do anything else. She also stated:"what is wrong with one child, does your child not have cousins, buy her a pet, kids cost alot of money anyway." I will never go see her again. She is perfect if you have no problems, no questions, like to wait greater than one hour, and love to be maltreated and no recommendations. You deserve better.

I have been going to Dr. Dunmore since I was a teen. She has been great and delivered my first son. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has a dry humor that my husband just loves. The staff is very nice and supportive. I loved it when her mom was working there. She was just as nice as her daughter. The front desk staff rock too. They answer all my questions, but have been slow with following up with returning my voicemails. Then there is the wait. I swear Dr. Dunmore sees over one hundred patients. Every time I come there, there's over 15 people waiting to see her. You come in at your appointment time and wait an hour, get your vitals done, and then wait another 30-45 min to see the doctor. Other than that, it's all good.
