I called and asked if he was accepting new patients and they told me he was. When I explained my medical issues, she got quiet and then came back and said she was wrong and he was not accepting new patients. Terrible.

It is very difficult to get a hold of him if you have question after the appointment. The receptionist gives you little confidence that your message will be relayed in a timely manner, or that it will be correctly communicated. Though he was very friendly during the appointment, we have been increasingly disappointed following up on the visit.

When I called to renew 2 blood pressure prescriptions on a weekend, he YELLED at me over the phone and told me never to do that again. I did not realize my prescriptions had run out. He was the covering doctor and I assume was getting paid to work.
