My grandfather will NEVER go back to this guy. He man handled a senior and left him with two large painful blood blisters on his lip.

Wish he would have stayed with pediatric dentistry at his clinic - the new pediatric dentist is horrible. =( She may have specifically trained in pediatrics, but just leaves something to be desired. She is all business.

I left a strongly disapproving review of Dr Inglis' chair side manner. I want to be clear that my concerns do not apply to his medical expertise, regarding which I have no opinion. Nor does it apply to his staff, who are nothing but helpful and pleasant.

Dr Inglis is the least courteous and least professional dentist in my 60 yrs of dental treatment. He is insinuating and inappropriate and assumes it within his ambit to make personal comments that go beyond his role as a medical professional.

Very impressed by Dr. Inglis. I have three boys and I was unsure if they would go through with their appt. As it turned out, one didn't and there was no pressure AT ALL from the staff to make him go! Also he doesn't suggest procedures that cost a lot of money and will give you a head's up on how much something will cost! Both hygenist that we encountered were friendly and kind. I actually look forward to going to the dentist so I can see all their smiling faces!

He has a good personality, loves to joke and be funny - his appointments run on time, his office staff are very nice. I only had one negative thing to say - he took out a really badly infected tooth and didnt tell me that anastesia often doesnt work on a bad infection - when i signaled him that i was in pain from the extraction he just kept on with it and ignored me - it was a trust issue - i think he should have warned me the freezing might not take and i might feel extra pain - instead of just letting me try to signal him and him ignore me - i had trust issues with him after that. that was the only problem i ever had with him.he is great about paying him when you can afford it. and they do direct billing.

I think Dr.Inglis is wonderfull. I grow up being terrified of a Dentist and he is great. My kids love him to. I really do miss his Dental Hygenist from a couple of years ago. He really needs to bring her back. The one he has now likes to pick at your teeth toooo much.

I worked for Dr Inglis for many years and the quality of his work is excellent.As my own dentist I find him to be relaxed and able to relax a nervous patient and understanding of the stresses that some patients sxperience.

When I visited Dr. Inglis he had this procedure that he wanted me to try for my partial(that I was having a problem with the pressure it was puting on a side tooth) and because I found it too painful and wanted him to do something different, (after all they were MY teeth) so when I passed them back to him he just sawed the back off the partial and passed it back to me and told me to come back the next week. When I went back he soldered a clip on the side that he had cut off, never smoothed it out or anything and passed it back. He could have done that when I was there the week before.
