I love Dr. Kaplan and his entire staff. The employees at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They always seem to fit me in and as for Dr. Kaplan he takes his time explains everything in detail and I never feel like he’s trying to pad his bill or sell me on a treatment I don’t need.

A bunch of money hungry scam artists. My insurance assigned me this doctor. I walk in and it’s like I’m in a cosmetic surgery place. Hey doc, make up your mind, are you cosmetic or are you a real physician?? That kind of confusion causes doubt in your patients. I went there for a physical. This “doctor” told me I needed a new procedure and tests done every week. I finally caught on that he just wanted money. So I switched docs and got 2nd opinion. I’m healthy as a horse and never been happier. My wife had similar experiences as well. As for These other reviews complaining about front staff, they are spot on! They act like they are better than everyone. I should have read the reviews before going. Oh well. Live and learn.

Dr.Kaplin and all the medical staff there are very friendly and patient. Every time I call even last minute they fit me into their schedule and I never have to wait long while I'm there for my appointment. I started going there about 6 months ago for Botox and juvederm and would never let another doctor touch my face again! Dr Kaplin helped me get my lips to where I wanted, looking more natural and fuller at the same time, fixing what previous doctors did wrong. He always takes his time and doesn't rush the procedure or push me to get other things done like most doctors. On top of it their prices are really good for Nassau County! I'm defiantly really happy I found them :)

The doctor and his staff were excellent. The doctor spent a lot of time with me explaining the possible complication of my medical problems. I have recommended him to several other people and have been back several times myself.

I brought my uncle in with chest pain and the doctor make a rapid and accurate diagnosis. The doctor and stff were genuinely interested in doing their best and it was much better the the ER.

Dr. Gary Kaplan himself is a very efficent and knowledgable doctor, however his staff is very unprofessional, rude and has difficulty abiding by HIPAA rules. It's ubfortunate that his staff reflects on his practice because I personally would not return there again because of the staff.
