I wasn't feeling well in general. They ordered tests - levels were high on one. Ordered another test to see if it was a certain disease. It wasn't. They never mentioned it again, so I thought I was ok. In reality, those levels were still high, they just never mentioned it again because they were out of tests to give me. Just happened across some info which reminded me of those earlier test results. Turns out, those levels indicate a serious health problem and correcting it is as simple as diet and lifestyle changes -- but they never even suggested a thing to me! After two weeks of changes I already feel much improvement---After a long time of feeling bad! This place has nothing to do with health. You get LESS care here than if you went to the emergency room.

Gone a few times here. Not happy with Dr or his staff. You call the office the call goes into voicemail. They barely call you back. This is one of the first internal medicine offices I ever dealt with that your call goes to a voicemail. Staff most likely to lazy to deal with calls I won't go back

I had been going to Dr. Greene for years and last year I became very ill. Am doing fine now but no thanks to Dr. Greene. I doubt very much that he even knows I was ill and am in fact under the care of a new PCP. He is only in it for the money and does not care about his patients. I am sure this is going to catch up with him someday and we will be hearing about some neglectful incident on the news.

I've been going here for some years now.I've never met Dr. Greene. The front office is not very nice and the lady at check out is rude. I used to see a PA named Marcy and she left about a month ago. Well, seeing as Marcy, knows everything about me, its sort of hard starting over. The practice never sent goodbye cards and when I asked about her, they couldnt tell me anything. Meanwhile, they have a whole new team of PAs who do not know me and I'm very uncomfortable. I stayed because of Marcy and another PA Ashley, now I'm unsure of what to do. Dr. Green should have been more forth coming with his patients and let us make the decision if we want to stay. I have to find a new doctor.

Very abrupt office staff. Cant get anything right. He orders lots of expensive tests that are not necessary. He should be reading all these reviews. Money is the main thing in his life now, not patients. Marcey is a gem, but thats about all whose worth anything there. Considering changing, but Ive heard more Drs. are getting the same way. Its all about the money. So so sad.

I have seen this doctor multiple times and after my last two experiences, I can honestly say I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HIM. He orders unnecessary tests, a yearly physical lasts about 15 minutes. His staff is very rude and you wait a LONG time to be seen. If you're thinking about going to his office, please think again and find another doctor.

He is the type of doctor who orders multiple unnecessary tests that are both costly and worrisome to the patient. High turn over in staff. Seems very interested in maximum profit, while providing the bare minimum in care. The ONLY bright spots in this practice are the APRN Marcy and the front office staff member Ilana. The rest are either rude or not knowledgeable. Actively searching for a new doctor.

PA's are friendly, but not proactive or available for any follow up, and may be overworked. Dr. Greene's name is on the masthead, but not generally involved. They are not responsive and seem to think their patients should be thrilled with poor service. Office staff, depending on who you speak with is either polite or fairly abrasive. I am taking my business elsewhere.

After moving to Southington 2 years ago, my husband and I were forced to find a new dr. My husband has seen the dr twice in the two years and I'm have yet to meet him. My biggest complaint is the front office staff is horrible, they are rude, never getting the billing right and every time I call to get in and see someone they refer to to the clinic on west street. I'm do tired of never being able to be seen, even when my OBGYN called and asked that I be seen and followed up on. So disappointing, time to find a new dr as I'm made to feel like a number and not a pt.
