My fiancee had a Facelift by Dr Brian F and Breast augmentation done by Dr Borsand in approx 2015 and OMG there's not enough space to write it all. In short, this is my acct of what happened. Now, I'm not sure but I heard allegedly he was sued so much he had to sell the practice? What we experienced : We interviewed with 8 doctors to going with Scottsdale Body Sculpting center (that I believe in under New ownership and this is No Reflection on new owner) ALL doctors we interviewed with prior to including M. Borsand agreed my fiancee needed an implant in her L Breast because it was lower than her Right. However, he changed the plan and just put a larger larger implant in without asking us prior to surgery. Within 1 mth her breast dropped 1" lower than the R just as it was before the surgery. In addition when she tightened her chest the L breast had a much more noticeable deformed look as it became REALLY flat & distorted more than what is seen when implants are in. Plus the other doctor there Brian Friedman who is an ENT Doctor I believe did a 'facelift' I believe was possibly a partner at the time? Anyway she was in surgery almost 11 hrs just for F-lift WOW! Others in the field said it's usually 4-5 hr surgery. I had to drive her to emergency after due to risk of pneumonia. The face lift did not last and when we asked and I believe he told us after he tried something new? Regardless it was clear that she did not get even close to the results she was expecting in either surgery at that location. And despite a MRI + Borsand going in to do implants after the overall did not work out we asked Borsand why is it that the Breast drops and is so flat when flexed. He said "I don't know I would have to go back in to see" OMG really you went in and failed to diagnose the main reason there was a problem in the 1st place WTH! Anyway we wanted our money back to go to another Doctor and he was not going to give anything knowing both surgeries did not even come close to what we were expecting. As I recall he later gave us approx $4700 of the total amount that was 3-4xs as much. Sadly we went to another doctor who did make Both Breasts look even aesthetically HOWEVER the L breast still has the extreme flattening from L muscle when flexed and she would not tell us what the Borsand did or didn't do wow again. We believe it's so this female doctor would not get dragged into a lawsuit. We should have sued being we went to the New Doctor who we wanted to believe would do a great job in re-doing her face lift and sadly it was a even bigger waste of money. Put it this way if we put posted the before and after pictures we believe this new Husband & wife doctors would loose alot of business. We are now faced with do we allow the doctors who just did her facelift that has left my wife with alot of emotional stress on top of spending $20k more and feeling if so much did not work out the first time much like Borsand do we dare go back? Too many doctors do a not so goo job, yet get paid the full amount and so few have the pride to stand behind their work and do ALL they can to right the wrong even if they end up breaking even. Anyone know a good attorney?

This doctor done messed up my labiaplasty. He removed my my left clitoral hood. Leaving my botched, in constant pain, my intimate life is RUINED this doctor ruined my life!!! Stay away from this monster. Go somewhere else.

Where do I start with my hellish experience with Dr. Borsand, I was only 20 when I got a breast augmentation done with him. After I had paid my deposit I noticed that he had a groupon for less than I paid, that was my first red flag. After he performed the operation, I got a hematoma which he fixed. Then I noticed my breast dropping very quickly and my nipple was misplaced to the top of my boob AKA they bottomed out with in 3 months. The implants I got were only 350CC and the finance lady told me it was my fault they bottomed out because the size I got was too big. Doing my research and being a biomedical engineer I knew this was actually because the pocket had been over dissected, with many other doctors telling me the size was very appropriate for my body. I ended up paying Borsand more money to fix the bottoming out. When in there he found both implants were "defective" (statistically impossible) and wanted me to sign a release form so he could get the warranty money for the second surgery I had paid for. He tried to get me to sign this right after he told me I'd need to have ANOTHER surgery to fix the ripple in the implant that was sitting under my nipple and nerve causing me great pain only a few weeks after the surgery. I refused to sign this as it was also me waving my rights for legal action, and was sent a bill for the warranty amount back dated to my surgery that arrived in the mail 6 month later. After not paying this bill or signing the release I was sent to collections for the warranty amount. Eventually I had to go to another surgeon Dr Malek and had the most positive experience and am so happy with my results. But I had to experience so much pain because my implants were under filled a very avoidable mistake along with all my other issues. Be warned Dr. Borsand Isn't a board certified plastic surgeon and is all about quantity over quality. Save your money go to someone else.

had Breast implants in 2004 and very unhappy with results, one is hard as a rock and clearly larger than the other, paid 4100.00 and will have to have then redone else where. You are supposed to feel good after having a cosmectic procedure and not have to look for someone to fix mistakes made

The staff was very kind and pleasant to deal with. Everyone works as a team, I saw it first hand when I came a little early for my appointment and they were having a meeting in the waiting room. The whole staff was patient and compassionate while I was getting prepared for my operation. Everyone explained everything well and it was a fantastic experience. Dr Borsand did my breast implants approximately 18 yrs ago. I am very glad I chose him to re- do them. I had absolutely no problems in the 18 yrs and the 2nd time was much easier. Very experienced staff. If you want a safe and excellent experience, this is the place to go!
