DO NOT ATTEND THIS OFFICE! THE OFFICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! Grace Wong, the office manager at Dr. Marc Mandel's office is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and intrusive ! Wow I've never encountered such a rude individual that works at a doctor office. I was blown away by her unprofessionalism. She called my cell phone with her personal cell phone number (not the office phone because she knew it was going to be recorded) just to yell at me and be condescending and rude just because I acquired about LOA forms on my mother's behalf. She states: "The forms are filled out. I guess you are trying to teach me a lesson. Can I be dismissed now?" I approached the conversation very professionally so I am shocked by how condescending she came to be. Very rude. Avoid this office unless you would like to be harassed by the office manager on a cell phone she acquired from patient forms (Keep in mind: I only called this office from my mother's cell phone so they can call her back on any issues)

Dr Mandel helped me tremendously with an abnormal mammogram. He gave me options going forward that were knowledgeable and made sense to me. I highly recommend him.

I just had my gallbladder removed from Dr. Mandel yesterday, May 11th, 2017 at Overlook Hospital Same Day Surgery unit. The entire surgical team, nursing staff and registrants were terrific, it was my first surgery and I found that all of the staff informed me of what to expect every step of the way. I received excellent compassionate care and his surgical incisions are beautifully done. If I ever need surgery again, I will definitely choose Dr. Mandel and highly recommend him to others. Also, his office staff is great, especially Gina, his surgical coordinator who made the entire process seamless and easy. I thank God for him and his team. Continue the good work, Bravo!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in spring 2013 and I had a double mastectomy on September 3, 2013. I felt devastated. In addition to cancer I was also morbidly obese placing me at a higher risk across the board. Dr. Mandel saved my Life and I am eternally grateful to him.

I am truly grateful for the professional and humane style with which Dr. Mandel handled my situation. He always treated me with respect and mindfully responded to all of my questions with sound scientific advice. Dr. Mandel made sure I am cancer free with scientific rigor and humane manner.

Although I went to Dr. Mandel for breast cancer and he addressed this concern with great expertise, the care he provided went above and beyond what was expected of him. He stayed with me and gave me guidance and support until I addressed my obesity issue. As a result I have transformed my life. I set new priorities for myself across the board, I lost 160 pounds, and I enjoy my Life in ways I had never dreamed. Dr. Mandel's professional expertise and inspiration were my sources of guidance and I am grateful.

Excellent doctor, excellent staff. All were very kind and caring. Dr and nurse kept me informed every step of the way. They treated me like family not a patient. Every phone call was returned by the nurse, and I had plenty. She was very patient and kind. Would highly recommend

my husband was operated on over two weeks ago. after spending a week in the hospital was sent to a rehab. he has been there a week. was supposed to have a follow up visit with Dr. Mandel a week ago. the office cancelled not only the first appointment but the second one also. when we asked for a call back from the doctor it was never received.my husband has a drain which I am sure needs to be removed. very poor patient aftercare. my rating is no stars!
