Worst primary care visit ever! Dr. Grill took over for Dr. Masterson after he retired. I went for one visit and won't go back. Where do I start to describe how bad my patient experience was... The doctor had a very condescending attitude toward me. He didn't even take a medical history or weigh me. At the end, he told me to come back in six months and to get my blood work done again--even though EVERYTHING in my blood work during the visit was NORMAL! Getting Rx refills is like pulling teeth. The office had the gall to bill me for a co-pay when my visit was a covered annual physical under the Affordable Care Act, which I clearly stated to them at the time of service, so I never should have been billed after the fact! Just a horrible experience overall. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

Not the Dr you go to when you need things done. Waste of your time and money if you don't have insurance. He doesn't feel comfortable doing this and don't feel comfortable doing that. If you are sick he is the person you don't want to see. Trust me. Staff is uncooperative and lazy. You have 1 day to call for refills if he writes them, then you will get them in maybe 2 weeks if he don't do you. If you been seeing another Dr to get healthy then don't go here he will only plummet you in the other direction, UNHEALTHY.

Have been back to see the doctor at different times over the years and there has been a noticed decline in the office and his interest. He seems to be more interested in his own problems than those of his patient. Office staff can be rude and inefficient.

Just like his partner Dr Smithers, Dr Grill is very rushed, can't make an accurate diagnosis and he's got the worst staff out of any Dr I've ever seen. The staff is rude and condescending.

Dr. Grill is an amazing doctor as well as a very nice person in general. He has always taken his time with me and has stopped at nothing to find diagnosis and has always been dependable and accessible in an emergency. He is one of the few doctors who takes time with you and generally cares about his patients. The office staff is wonderful and accommodating. I can't say enough! I hope he never retires!
