Took my 12 year old son to her when he had bronchitis. We waited for 45 min before seeing a room. And then another 20 min before seeing a nurse. And then another 20 before we even saw Dr. Wuellner. After waiting all that time, she told us there was nothing she could do and to just go home and drink water. My son stayed sick for 2 1/2 weeks in total. Her staff is also incredibly slow, rude, and inattentive.

We waited 1 1/2 hours past our appointment time the last visit to this office. This seemed strange, because the office didn't appear to be very busy at all. Previous visits required similar wait times. Why bother making an appointment at all? When we inquired if we should reschedule we were treated very rudely by one of the nurses. When we finally got in to see the doctor, we were told our daughter was merely going through a phase and our concerns were dismissed as if we were just ignorant over reactive parents. The office in general seemed very disorganized and unfriendly. We are so glad we found a new pediatrician!
