He's so rude. Terrible attitude for a doctor. Avoid him. There are better doctors.

Dr Forman while polite didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable. He seems very quick to rush to a diagnosis without doing all the necessary tests and was quick to dismiss my opinion. He didn’t seem to want to work with me but rather confirm his own ideas. Seemed too self centered to bother with me. I also found it odd when he asked me for a blood test for cholesterol and blood sugar without asking me to fast and right after lunch. The results would less accurate, wouldn’t they? Just not a good doctor.

This person should not be a doctor. He was late and rude and jumps to conclusions.

I've seen him a handful of times now. He has mis diagnosed me and rather than admit it was an error on his part he said it was a "medical miracle" with a condescending tone. Does not seem to really care for your well being. The comments are correct, he does have a huge ego and power trip and for some reason antagonizes patients. Again this is what I have experienced and also heard from other patients.

Incompetent and rude, always acts in an arrogant manner. Also has a strange odor at times which can be overwhelming, especially during the summer months. Stay Away!

Always very helpful and willing to fit patients in to an already swamped schedule. Dr Forman and Lidia have been amazing

Dr Forman and Lydia are always there for me.Their are a rare breed .They always respond to requests .Dr Forman always calls me personally to explain test results and any other information. The patient attention and follow up care is always there.Congratulations Dr Forman and Lydia you are the best.Thank you Dr Leonard Diamond
