I was less then 10 minutes late and Dr. Parks she could not see me and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I was out of one of my medications and did not call the refill line because I was supposed to see her that day. I told her that I was out of the medication and she told me that she would call it in on Monday because she is out of the office on Fridays and this was Thursday evening and she had already "signed off" for the day. Now it is Monday evening and she still hasn't called in my refill...

Dr. Parks doesn't seem to have a genuine concern for her patients. I don't feel any compassion or understanding from her. She is often late and I end up sitting there waiting for her. My last visit, a different doctor saw me and I was given no explanation why. When I asked the office staff where Dr. Parks was, they told me she no longer sees patients at that office, yet no one had bothered to call and tell me that prior to my appointment. Also, she is very expensive. I rarely sit in her office longer than 10 minutes, and each time I am charged $110, the full hourly rate. Ridiculous.
