Did not properly diagnose condition (gallstones not cervical spine pain). Falsified medical records to protect himself. Forced me to take pain medication I did not want or I would have no doctor. Punitively withdrew pain medication that he had prescribed without notice. Lied in medical record that I had been taking that medication when I started seeing him. Former associate had been disciplined for substance abuse problem. I was sent to that associate. I was given a huge overdose when finally had gallbladder surgery because medical record showed I had been taking "fentanyl" by prescription for months by the former associates prescription, which was not true. The Department of Professional Regulation would not investigate my allegations. IDPR suspended my license when the doctors should have been investigated. I had no more episodes of pain after my gallbladder was removed. These doctors ruined my career.

Dr.Dahlberg is very knowledgeable. He always has a smile on. His true interest at heart is his patient's well being. When he comes into the room, he asked "what can I do for you" attitude. His bedside manners are truly unique as he listens to his patient's problems and concerns. I like his sense of humor and enjoy listening to his life's adventures. When walks into the procedure room he uses the patient's name and says he's right behind you. Then when is ready to administer a numbing shot, he says just a little poke; I usually tease with him on this one. When you're finished getting a pain shot, he always to the patient that they've done good. I usually tell Dr. Dahlberg that he did good, too. I really appreciate him a lot. I've had to call on him after hours. When he calls back, (and it's not a who's on call doctor) he listens again and wants to know what he can do for you, not a 'why are you calling at this late hour, or can't it wait til morning speech." He is great.
