I’ve seen Mark on a few occasions he is rude, unfriendly and doesn’t listen to any legitimate concerns you have as a patient. Belittles you and doesn’t listen or take specialist advice.
Suggestion would be to return to school for additional training and bed side manor.

Hes a great doctor but cant be too good of a father his son is rude, likes to start fights and is on drugs his sons posts on facebook are immature and it's hard to see a doctor knowing he could not even raise his son to be an outstanding citizen

Great Doctor we would be unfortunate if we ever lost him very helpful and understanding doesn’t take chances when it comes to your health care his receptionist at the Matachewan clinic should be more knowledgeable about medical terminology and work on more friendly approach when dealing with his patients.

Dr Spiller has been my since i was 10 years old. i went to see him when i was 28, busted ankle. he asked if i was drinking when i broke it. yes, i was told to walk it off and quit drinking. Almost 30 years later, my ankle is still fubar, and I have Spiller to thank for that. He's a focking hole. Everyday that I get up and go to work, then walk on a messed up ankle, I think of that POS. Xray not required, you were drinking when it occurred. What a piece of shite.

another kirkland lake doctor that should not have a license he mis diagnosed a suspected broken finger on two different occasion!! on my last visit he diognosed me from 10' away for a swollen wrist i had severely broken years before....so i walked out!! il go to the local vet before i go back there!! how is this allowed to continue to happen!! i only gave a 1 for knowledge because there is nothing lower! he needs to be more of a doctor and stop pretending
