Dr Heffelfinger is the best! He did cataract surgery on my mom and she sees fabulously now. Very skilled man.

I asked on numerous occasions that certain tests NOT be run on me due to insurance reasons, and they were still performed. I am a senior and am on a fixed budget. But no one listened. I was later charged for all of these exams. Staff was rude and unproffesional. The wait times were NEVER under an hour. When I decided to change doctors they made me wait two weeks for my medical records to be transfered. The receptionist at one point actually hung up on me. I do not recommend this Dr.'s office.
