“The person you are trying to reach isn’t taking calls at the moment “, consistently unable to reach. When able to speak with receptionist she is pleasant enough but is limited because she is not a nurse. Dr Roberts’s practice would have been greatly enhanced and his money well spent if he collaborated with Nursing Professionals within the office environment. I have been told he is now retired and his practice assumed by another family Doctor. I still can’t get through on the phone for several weeks now. I may have to start looking for someone new for myself and family or start using walk in clinics just to obtain standard screening tests, referrals and check ups.

Very condescending! Has no bed side manners and is very COLD....lacks compassion. Tried
to sell his CDs which seemed bizarre. He kept refilling my husband’s prescription for Lorazepam which should not be taken on a regular basis. My husband got dependent on this drug which then he had terrible withdrawal symptoms when he stopped.

I have been Dr. Roberts patient for years and have nothing but good things to say about his helpfulness, knowledge and behaviour. His staff are also very helpful and kind.

Dr. Roberts has been our family doctor for almost 30 years. He is thorough and knowledgeable and does follow up on previous concerns at each visit. If you are looking for a pill pusher, this is not the doctor for you. If you want a doctor who puts your health and well being first, he is an excellent choice.

He gets a star for each because you have to give one. He is hands down the most unprofessional/misogynistic/condescending (the list can go on) he treats his patients like pieces of garbage and if you dont go for a few years he doesn't consider you a patient anymore and refuses to help.
If you don't enjoy being a doctor anymore Mark, STOP! you are a horrible person to your sick patients. We're just money to you so you and family can go on vacations. Get over yourself

I agree with the last 2 reviews. This doctor is so arrogant and wastes time trying to disprove your symptoms. He quibbles over the smallest of details probably to cover his own ineptness. If the ratings only included the doctor, I am sure he would be closer to zero. You have to endure much frustration to get some medical care from this guy. In order to give him an accurate rating, I had to short change the staff's rating.
