Many years of experience in the field of Gyn BUT a complete snob. If you disagree with anything he says, you will see a side of him that nobody wants to see. Not very professional at times.

They added me in for a same day appointment and got me back right on time and within minutes I saw the NP who was awesome!

I couldn't have asked for better medical care from Dr. Brown and Erin with my first pregnancy. They were very attentive and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel like just a number at this office. I would highly recommend The Brown Institute to anyone looking for an OB/GYN!

Dr. Brown came highly recommended and I really liked him upon meeting him. He had an excellent bedside manner and performed a successful surgery on me. My problem is his office staff. They are rude and disrespectful (through the reviews, I see I am not the only one who experienced this). I have never dealt with worse front office staff than the members of this office.
I had to put a $200 deposit for surgery even though it was clear that my insurance covered the surgery 100%. But, since it was policy, I went ahead and paid the deposit. After my surgery, I got notification from my insurance that the claim had been paid in full. I called numerous times requesting a refund of the $200.00, even providing documentation that the claim had been paid in full. I called numerous times and sent numerous emails. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card, that was how I got my money refunded.
Today I called to schedule a follow up appointment and was told that there is a note on my account that states not to book any appointments for me.

I have been wowed by Dr Brown. His staff is so kind, reassuring, and you can tell they love working with Dr Brown. Everyone there truly loves what they do and goes above and beyond to take care of you! I have never had such an incredible experience as a patient as I have with the team at The Brown Institute for Health and Wellness. They took the time to legitimize my concerns, follow up quickly with any questions that I have, and have never let me down. There are not enough Physicians and practices like him out there. Proud to share my experience with them!
