Dr. Zumhagen has a perfect balance of medical knowledge and practicality. He practices medicine, but is not afraid of alternative treatments, including chiropractic and nutritional supplements. If medications are necessary, he will prescribe them; however, he is not overly quick to medicate like many doctors. In a 15 minute appointment, he diagnosed a problem that was overlooked in an emergency room and with a Neurologist. Both the ER doctor and Neurologist prescribed medications which masked the problem and brought little relief. Within three days of working with Dr. Zumhagen, the problem was well on its way to resolution. If you are not getting true help from your current physician, I would highly recommend Dr. Zumhagen.

I agree with the other commenters. Dr. Zumhagen has always been very kind and never made me feel like he was in a hurry to get me out of his office. He's very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to you. He is also great with kids. I have 3 kids and they all like Dr. Z.
