Easy to talk to and listens well. Takes time with patients, and is responsive to patient concerns and priorities. Explains well. Intelligent and free of ego-defensiveness. Favors minimal invasion and basic health maintenance over tweaking health to peak performance, yet willing to try more robust options if considers them medically warranted. May require occasional prodding from patients who care deeply about keeping their bodies in peak condition, and who are willing to change their behavior to improve their heath and prevent future problems. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellent responsiveness to special requests (appointments, prescriptions, etc.). Overall a trustworthy, personable, and capable doctor with a well-run office. Recommended.

Dr. Malcharek is the best doctor in the Metro East!!! He genuinely cares about his patients, looks you in the eye, asks many questions and asks about any concerns, covers any and all details when prescribing a new medication, and is absolutely 100% positive that you are comfortable with his decision before letting you leave your appointment.

This is a doctor with true heart, listens and cares and it's just one of the best. I had to change physicians as my other doctor was only about the money and not the service. Dr. Malcharek was reccomended for me from the pharmacy as being very nice and knowledgeable and for sure I can say only good things about him.
