The man who me registered me through the Teladoc program was extremely nice. So I was shocked when it was followed up with the most uncaring medical professional I've ever talked too,

The call was only a a minute or two long. Made me feel like a inconvenience to her. I wanted to get more information / describe my situation more, but just gave up since she probably thought I was stupid or whatever so thinks of people who aren't her.

I could have just googled my symptoms and got more information.

Having her as a your primary doctor must be a nightmare.

I was connected to Dr. Sturm through the teledoc app.

My previous experiences with this app have been phenomenal. This time however, was much different. I found Dr.Sturm to be dismissive and extremely uninterested. I felt as though I was wasting her time, even though the call was roughly 30 secs. After saying she would refill my medication, there was no follow-up. Every other doctor I've used on the app asked if I had questions or concerns or at least said "goodbye" before hanging up on me. Sadly, I did have other concerns, but I didn't have the chance to speak to her about them.

From my brief interaction, It seems fairly obvious that Dr. Sturm is a physician that entered their profession solely for the money. It is abundantly clear that she is uninterested in helping you and feels you are beneath her.

I didn't have a choice, but if you do, I would avoid this Doctor.

Really unhappy with my calls with Dr. Sturm. She is dismissive and almost rude. Makes me feel stupid for even pointing out a symptom and just says “hahah well that’s weird and just sounds uncomfortable but you’re fine”.

I have requested for a family doctor and pediatrician referral and she just said I can’t secure a pediatrician for a baby that’s not born yet, and she won’t give me a family doctor referral because there are none available.

Great. We have a baby due in 2 months and nowhere to take her after birth. Not alarming at all. The healthcare system is a joke.

Saw Dr. Sturm at Cleveland Clinic as part of an annual physical. She was transactional and disinterested.

I'm sorry that it has taken me until now when she is retiring from her practice to rate this doctor. She has been an amazing doctor for me, my husband and my two children for the past 25 years. She is well-informed, connects well with my kids as well as with my husband and myself. She was the one who sent me for investigation when discovering a lump in my breast and she expedited all tests, referrals and treatment and supported me throughout the whole process. She's a wonderful and caring doctor.

She has been my doctor for over 30 years. I have always found her to be empathetic and has spent much time counseling me regarding health issues as well as emotional support at different times during the past 30 years. Her knowledge base is excellent and she has been thorough in her physical exams. I am very sorry to lose her as a physician since I don't think I will be able to find someone who will provide me with the same excellent care.

I can't understand why she can get any 5 star rating. Agree with most comments that she is disinterested in her job and doesn't care. She shrugs off your complaints , and she will tell you that's because you are getting old. WHO isn't? She is not suitable in this profession.

Not thorough . Missed diagnosis left me with a disability because did not investigate symptoms that did not make sense. Should have done informal tests.
