Dr. Troy is kind, compassionate and very skilled. My husband broke his ankle and from the minute Dr Troy stabilized it he was totally pain free. His rehab was done by the physical therapists on his staff. The time spent with everyone on his staff was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Dr Troy to anyone looking for an educated professional. He invests his time with each patient and truly cares about them.

I have been going to Dr. Troy for over a decade and I will never go to another doctor. He is just incredible. Every orthopedic concern that my kids, husband, and I have had was thoroughly and effectively addressed at Advance Orthopedics. The staff is just wonderful. Dr. Troy listens to all your concerns and helps you out for however long you need him. I always wondered why Dr. Troy had a bit of a wait, but now I know. He cares so much about each patient that he will sit and spend time figuring out what recovery route works best for them. I’ve read the most fabricated comments on here that have no way of being accurate. Truthfully, he and his staff are phenomenal. There is no other practice better than Advance Orthopedics. If I could, I’d give a million stars to each category.

Dr. Troy is a kind,compassionate Dr with outstanding surgical skills. My husband broke his ankle and had a completely pain free recovery. From the minute the surgery was over all the pain was gone. We were referred to Dr Troy from many other patients who experienced the same level of care. He has a staff of physical therapists who are there to work in conjunction with his expertise.

The staff at both offices are AWESOME and Dr. Troy is a FANTASTIC doctor and EXCELLENT surgeon. Both my wife and I have seen him for a number of years and we couldn’t say enough about Dr. Troy and his staff, including Physical Therapy.

My husband had elbow surgery done by Dr. Troy. Excellent outcome after surgery and therapy. My husband was able to go back to work sooner than he thought he would. Very happy . We would both definitely recommend Dr. Troy.

I've only had to wait for him once for a long period if time and that was because he was on his way back from a surgery that took longer than expected. He knows his business. And if he "flirts" by saying, "hello beautiful or good bye beautiful" that's just his way. Means nothing by it. I looked for someone that knew his business and he does. His staff could be a little mire friendly.

Everyone from the girl who made my appointment to the girls at the front desk were so nice and helpful and squeezed me in due to my extreme pain , I did wait for over an hour to see the Dr but was well worth the wait . He is a very caring dr and his staff were all soo nice and did there best to make me comfortable while I was waiting . Heard some pretty great things also from the others waiting to see him also .

I am shocked that people are saying this about Dr Troy. My family all goes to Dr Troy and all of my friends. Dr Troy is a wonderful, wonderful doctor. He listens to your problems and works his hardest to help you. My mother spoke with him for thirty minutes about his arthritis and he did not stop her once, even though he had other patients to see. He loves his patients and does anything for them. He works so hard to make sure you don't have to have surgery and tries every treatment method before putting you through that. He is my number one doctor and I recommend him to everyone. Every person I have spoken to about Dr Troy has had nothing but great things to say.

Dr. Daniel Troy was recommended to me by an acquaintance who spoke highly of him. Went to Dr. Daniel Troy with severe back pain caused by an injury at work. He looked over my MRI, spent about 5 minutes talking and examining me. Diagnosed me with one slightly bulging disk. Recommended 6 weeks of physical therapy, a back brace and a career change.
I went to see another spine doctor out of Parkview in Palos Heights; this doctor spent an hour examining and talking to both my wife and I; he looked at my MRI and sent me for X-rays just to be on the safe side. He diagnosed me with 5 herniated disks and a pinched nerve. Recommended we try physical therapy and cortisone shots first and if that didn't help then surgery.
I was sent for an IME and that doctor agreed that I had several herniated disks as well.
I will never recommend Dr. Daniel Troy; he has caused more harm than good. Do yourself a favor and research before you take recommendations from people like I did.
