DO NOT visit this doctor. When you try to call his office, the recording says to call back during business hours, even when it is business hours. And there's no voicemail. So you just need to call and call... My pharmacy had to call his office 16 times over 3 weeks to get a prescription refill, and I had to go 2 weeks without my medication. Do not waste your time with him.
