I have had at least 3 visits. The first 2 were lead primarily by his nurse practitioner and the last by him alone. Visits seem rushed. He has no bed-side manner at all. I don't get any sense of compassion from him and just seems like my visit is just another check on his list. I also feel as though he dismisses my symptoms as valid. I did however love the professionalism of the doctor who gave me my injection, Dr. Toliver. He was much more kind, patient and relatable than this Dr. I'm only sticking around incase I need Dr. Toliver again but will soon seek yet another orthopedic surgeon.

I was found doctor Bawa from goggle and I was read his reviews and I thought he’s best doctor but I was wrong He is very rude doctor and he not care about your pain. if you have surgery he will help you otherwise he not pay attention to your problem. After 3 times to see him nothing helps on my pain then finally he told me we can’t help you anymore because you don’t have a surgical problem . If you looking for someone to care about your pain, find another doctor.

I was having severe sciatica pain down both legs for months, my pain specialist referred me to Dr.Bawa since the steroid injections were not working. I met Dr.Bawa, he is a calm, reassuring, pleasant man that came to the same conclusion that I needed surgery ( I was 47 and had to use a cane to walk). Fast forward, surgery is done, all my pain is gone, he was very attentive and informative throughout the process I’m looking forward to getting back to my old activities! Thank you Dr.Bawa!

This Doctor works as a contractor with Scripps Mercy Hospital. I was admitted on a Tuesday to be kept overnight for "emergency surgery" After full 24, hours no one knew where the doctor was or what date was the surgery 're scheduled for. I ask for someone to please be constructive and notify me of an official date for the surgery. The case manager fail to inform me and instead made excuses and tried to justify their negligence. Horrible experience. Till this.day their office still harrasses me about an appointment for surgery that I never verbally or signed a persmission for them to call me at home.

Thanks to bawa I went from a complete paraplegic to a quadriplegic. Avoid this man if you can, I was trauma and had no choice he is like an auto tech that says he fixed your just don't drive it. bawa inserted scews into my cervical vertebra nerve roots so not long after the initial surgery I received extreme electrical shocks in my right hand, forearm, and shoulder. I have had the hardware removed but have lost both hand and fingers both wrist and my right arm, and bawa says "hang in there".
