Don't waist your time he isn't interested. Actually had reception say he didn't want to see me cause he thought I was complicated.

Saw Dr. Kerrick on an advised 2nd opinion. He did not seem motivated to do more than what the 1st doctor ordered, lectured about stress, not knowing specifics and even misordered a test. Never followed up on a positive result. I called 2 1/2 weeks after the test and he'd reviewed results 3 days after my visit. He made a referral based on a symptom I did not have. Unfortunate choice.

My last visit he was in a bad mood, walked out of the room twice during my exam, while I was still talking. At the end he just walked out and left me crying and practically begging him to help with my condition. I was charged full price for a visit that he cut short (not even 10 minutes). He was rather rude and didn't seem to care. Didn't want to listen to anything I had to say and brushed me off. I was later told I was unable to see him because he could no longer see any of his previous patients. Was told he switched offices but many months later when I called for my records, he was still in the office. I put all my trust in him because he used to be the best doc I ever had BUT not anymore. I doubt I'd recommend him at all after my last horrible visit. I talked with the nurse before this visit and was told he'd be glad to continue to see me for my condition but when I was there, he acted angry. I cried even more when they insisted I pay the full amount that was not worth it at all!

Dr. Kerrick was very compassionate and listened to every concern of mine. I did have to wait after my appt time to see him but it was VERY well worth it. He stayed in the exam room with me for almost two hours on every visit trying to help me. He even went out of his way to order tests that were not neuro-related. Most docs will send you to another doc to do this but he went ahead. He allowed me to set up payments for my appts. I have seen quite a few docs in my day and he is by far the best one. I wish I could see him for all my ailments but he's a neurologist and I have to need for a neurologist now. His bedside manner is wonderful, he was extremely thorough with examining and testing and asks tons of questions. He explained everything to me clearly and I always knew what to expect. He never tried to put me on meds just to see if they would help. He was dedicated to finding out my condition first. I could go on and on about how wonderful and professional and dedicated he is!! A++++++
