Dr Basden is an excellent physician and takes more than enough time with her patients. Unfortunately, this does not outweigh the rude and unprofessional front office staff she insist on maintaining. The front office is enough to make you not return to the practice.

Dr Basden is a great doctor with poor front office staff. She takes her time with a patient. This is probably why the punctuality is not so great. I like the doctor but I hate most of her front office staff. They tend to be very unprofessional. I have been going to her for over 6 years.

She doesn't pay attention to her patient. Never follows up on calling in prescriptions or referrals. Will not recommend.
