He was 2 hours late for my exam I would have left but I had prepared for it by not eating and doing all the cleaning procedures. He was very aloof and cold. He did the sigma scope in record time. I had bleeding and other problems He did not talk to me and without asking about my eating habits blurted out ,eat more vegetables as he left. I told the nurse I wanted to talk to him and she said he had left. I did not pay and told them if he wanted his money he can call me. If he hates what he is doing he should get something more suited to him like slaughtering baby seals by himself in the Arctic.

Bizzaro is quite abrupt and has a poor bedside manner. It seems like he just doesn't care and wants you in and out as quickly as possible. He is somewhat hard of hearing and can be rude and confusing.

Met Dr. Bizzaro, very dry man. Saw him the 1st time, was w/him maybe all of 3-5 mins, he told me he wanted to do an EGD w/anesthesia which I never had, I explained I had a panic disorder; no comment & then left. I told My husband I did not like him, but knew it needed done went for the procedure, My husband went up there the morning of telling them I have not really slept well & was scared, they assured him that they deal w/ anxious patients frequently & could make sure I was comfortable & @ ease, got there & that’s where it went bad, had a 12:30 appt & they had no time to let me relax & calm down & told Me they had a 1pm next & that I could wait outside the procedure room & calm down, I explained even after I calmed down I would go right back to being anxious as soon as they moved me back in there. Dr. Bizzaro seemed annoyed & unconcerned. They told Me I needed to re-schedule when they had more time for Me. One of the worst experiences I have had. There is no emotional patient care.

I will not see Dr Bizarro again. When he wasn't being patronizing, he was uncommunicative. For the always embarrassing rectal exam, he literally yanked my pants down with no preliminary explanation or apology and proceeded with the exam. When he was finished, he said 'You can get dressed' and left me to struggle to sit up unassisted (I am 70 years old), then sit on the table with my pants down and my legs straight out with no hope of pulling up my pants or reclaiming any dignity. I felt violated. He offered no preliminary diagnosis, did not seem receptive to any discussion, and just left the room with no 'goodbye' or other comment at all. I could have told him I was very worried that my symptoms might mean cancer, and he might have calmed my fears by offering information about the possible causes, but his brusque, uncaring manner precluded any discussion. Now I am worried about his diagnosis and possible future treatment.

Dr. Bizarro is professional and intelligent. He is also always on time which is a wonderful trait and shows that he values my time as much as his own.

Dr. Bizzaro was most rude physician I have ever met. Prescribed meds that interfered with other meds I am on and I needed to speak to nurse regarding this. Left 3 messages over a week's time. Never returned my calls. When I expressed concern about this to him, he made no apologies and treated me with disrespect and talked down to me. I would never go back to him or recommend him to anyone.
