The understanding, compassion and care extended to my sister during her bout with cancer and in her death, I shall never forget. Dr. Abriel was absolutely outstanding! Dr. Abriel helped to ease my dying Mother's pain, but more significantly he helped her come to terms with what was happening inside her cancer-filled body in a way that we, her family, were not. He helped her to die peacefully at home.

Dr. Abriel was super in dealing with our family! We could not have asked for anyone more compation for my mother. He made sure Mom was as comfortable as possible. He was contacting the people neccessary! The people my Mom wanted with her at this sad time! In short, he was super!

Dr. Abriel was very involved with helping our family cope with my grandmother's last days. He was extremely supportive and helpful; approaching a diffuclt time with grace and humour. We were all comforted by his presence. He is genuine and thoughtful as well as realistic and forthright. All families would benifit from his knowledge and compassion during trying times.

Dr. Abriel's medical knowledge is great, but he has another quality that shines through. That's compassion and understanding. He saw a family member through a most difficult terminal illness, took time to explain everything in detail, and on more than one occasion stayed for over an hour counselling patient and family. He doesn't sugar coat anything, but makes it clear that he believes in hope.Considering that Dr. Abriel has his own serious health issues, his efforts are all the more magnificent. He has gained the highest level of specialist credentials.
