Dr Day is fabulous. So is her staff. It is a small clinic, I was there today.Peggy, at the front desk is calm warm and efficient. Wendy, did my IPL. I have had others done, elsewhere. She is lovely also, and very capable. My Rosecea is well looked after and my skin feels soft and rid of that red roughness. As for Dr Day, as a dermatologist she has treated me for skin issues, that have always been resolved. As a cosmetic doctor she delivers an easy smooth botox injection. I moved here one year ago and had a very unpleasant experience with a very "famous" Female doctor, who practices with her husband on the floor below. All I wanted was my "birthday Botox" and felt very cornered to have more done.: Fillers, which I had no interest in. It felt intimidating. I said I would come back another day and never returned. --Dr Day and her small private clinic and staff are simply awesome.

Dr. Day charges an outrageous amount for her services. I paid $450 for a consultation 2 years ago and was informed I'd need to pay another $450 to come in for a different issue.

i've been a patient of dr.day since her days on broadway. dr day and her staff are very pleasant. she's helped me acne since my teenage years and my acne improved during that time. i see her periodically and do know that she's now is west van and dealing with a complete different clientele but i still use the same prescription cream from 20 years ago. still works and wish i could afford her other treatments. oh well, life as such! she's good at what she does and she looks absolutely fantastic now!

DO NOT GO TO DR.DAY!!! I called because I have medium acne scaring nothing too bad but enough that it bothers me, when I booked my 450.00 $ consultation which is outrageous they told me that they had treatments for acne scaring. When I went in for my consultation they offered no such treatment instead she told me that no one in her industry did this which is an ABSOLUT LIE!! She prescribed some medications which I used and my face only got worse. After all of that and paying a small fortune to this woman who I will be paying off on my credit cards for the next year she can’t fit me in for an appointment for 3 weeks?

I saw Dr. Day several years ago so cannot comment on current staff or office. however - she was one of a long string of doctors I was sent to for facial rash, My face was so hot and swollen, you could actually feel the heat from an inch or two away. I had been treated for adult acne, moisturizer and/or makeup allergies , blah blah ... she was the only one who suggested lupus and she was right. She had taken several biopsies on my face and left no scarring. Thanks to her I received treatment that I should have had many months before. I was sorry to see that she had gone into cosmetic surgery and cannot see her as my derm anymore but she was great.

Dr. Day is the best dermatologist I've met. Her entire staff is friendly, and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to examine my skin, and offer solutions. My skin looks the best it has in years!

A brilliant physician with loads of experience + expertise = spectacular results.. Her knowledge of the skin as a dermatologist definitely soars sky high above. I asked for subtle/elegant improvements and dr day was very open to that... Anyway, you WILL get better results with her especially if there are lasers or needles involved. I got dermal fillers for my old teenage acne scars and a couple of other wrinkles/lines that bugged me. Till now my only regret is not doing it earlier! By the way... not only does dr day look great, she is in incredible physical shape and is all about healthy lifestyle, prevention and protection from sun, etc.

This doctor is one of the most unprofessional "professionals" I have encountered. She upped the price after a quote and her staff were very rude. Someone in the waiting area (either a patient or a salesperson) said to "leave if you don't want to be ripped off." I did.

After reading so many horror stories I was terrified to get my Restylane procedure done. I'd read about women getting permanent bruising, blue tinges to the skin and horrible pain during the procedure. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Day was willing to let me off the hook, but I went for it and Wow she was great. Dr day is slick with needles. Very important with this type of procedure. (and I am terrified of needles). She explained everything she was doing, every step of the way. The results were/are fantastic. Her placement of the Restylane was/is amazing. I look 10 years younger. No joke. She's a real artist. There was no bruising what-so-ever. Only a slight amount of redness. I could have gone back to work and told people I had been to the dentist. Hopefully the procedure lasts a long time. Will I go back to Dr. Day when it wears off, absolutely! Would I recommend Dr. Day, Yes!
